From among three Sephora gift bag options, this clear Hello Kitty bag was my pick, because it’s Hello Kitty done right (and makes a great travel bag).
Unlike the traditional uber-pink Hello Kitty products that we girls used to adore as pre-adolescents, this Hello Kitty Sephora Originals bag seems designed for Hello Kitty girls who have grown up (and gotten jobs). Though this clear Hello Kitty cosmetics bag has a few touches of pale pink, it mostly features a subtle silver Hello Kitty print that will make you look twice.

Meilily Product Review, Photos & Swatches: Bite Beauty High Pigment Matte Pencil in Honey Berry!
Bite Beauty is a new Sephora-exclusive product line that immediately turned my head, in part because of the elegant simplicity of the textured grey packaging with glossy red lettering, but also because of the alluring range of shades and textures – all just for lips. Also, the fact that Bite Beauty lip products contain food-grade ingredients and the resveratrol equivalent of five glasses of red wine is kinda cool too.
To try out the Bite Beauty line, I picked up a Bite Beauty High Pigment Matte Pencil in Honey Berry, because it looked gorgeously mauve-nude swiped on my hand and because it reminded me of my beloved Nars Velvet Matte Pencil formula. How did it stack up?

I remember back when Sephora started phasing out one of my favorite cosmetics brands, Becca. Sephora placed Becca products on sale at a great discount until they all sold out and disappeared forever from Sephora shelves.
Now, Sephora is similarly phasing out the Vincent Longo makeup line, and Vincent Longo products are currently on sale for 30% off, both in-store and online at sephora.com.
Vincent Longo products range from innovative creme-to-powder products with patented technology (Water Canvas line) to gel-stain lip and cheek tints. The line even includes some sparkly (Wet Diamond) eye shadows for evenings out.
Even at 30% off, Vincent Longo products may not be cheap by any standards, but some products are starting to sell out already. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
